With the continuous improvement of living standards,people put forward higher and higher requirements on the comfort of living environment.Acoustic environment quality is one of the important indicators of residential comfort.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,noise pollution has also been extended from the city to the countryside,so the beautiful village construction must pay attention to noise pollution control and acoustic environment improvement.Most of the Yangtze delta regions have developed economy,high-density population and rich water resources,the environment demands on the remained village in this area are increased to satisfy the more and more leisure and healthy needs of the people.Two typical water-rich villages,Jiandong village and Huang Gongwang village,are selected as investigation objects in this paper,both of them are located in rapid urbanization area and have beautiful sightseeing.Combined with the theoretical surveys and field researches,the sound environment of the water-rich villages are systematically and deeply studied,a commercial software platform RAYNOISE is employed to simulate the village sound environment,and some feasible village sound environment planning and controlling methods are proposed in this paper.The main results are shown as follows:The results of the theoretical analysis shows that compared with the traditional noise evaluation standard,the arithmetic mean method combines with the noise pollution index method can show the characteristics of the noise source and can eliminate the contingency in field measurements.The average sound pressure levels of the two field measurements in Jiandong Village are 55.4 dBA and 59.2 dBA,the pollution index are 0.74 and 0.79,the results indicate that the sound quality level of Jiandong village is ordinary and noisy.The average sound pressure level and the pollution index of the field measurements in Huang Gongwang village are 62.4dBA and 0.83,respectively,which indicate that the sound quality level of Huang Gongwang village is noisy.It can be seen from the measured results that the village has lost its original serenity,which means more attention should be paid on noise control and sound environment planning during the construction of beautiful village.The acoustic models of the above two villages are built by RAYNOISE,which including the information of buildings and the layout of roads and rivers.The acoustic models are then validated through the measured results.The impacts of village road planning,water system transformation and other programs on the village sound environment are simulated by the validated acoustic models,and the noise maps of those two villages are also produced.After the optimization of the village water system,the acoustic simulation results of the monitoring points near the water were reduced by 3?10dB.The village sound environment can be effectively improved through placing the traffic noise away from residential areas,coving noise with public buildings and making full use of water with its surroundings to reduce noise.From the perspective of village soundscape design,this paper proposed several methods of using village water resources to create water soundscape,using frogs,cicadas and other village animal resources to create tweet soundscape and using lotus root,reed and other rural plant resources to create a hit soundscape.The integrated theory and method of improving the sound environmental quality of the villages are also proposed by combining the natural soundscape construction and noise control.
