Research On Cost Management Of WG Railway Project In Hunan

In recent years the railway in the rapid development of railway construction projects also will be developed.For the cost control and management of railway projects,there are many problems such as the very common cost management in our country.Therefore,the railway construction enterprises must take cost control as the key point in the project construction process,adopt the modern management methods and means to strengthen the railway engineering Project cost control management,reduce construction costs,improve the quality of work,the pursuit of higher economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper chooses the project of cost management in Hunan WG railway project to carry on the research on the cost management in the project construction preparation stage,the project cost accounting and the benefit analysis,the cost management in the construction process,the cost management of the project completion settlement,and so on Based on the analysis,this paper discusses the many cost problems encountered in the management of the Hunan WG railway project,and uses the theory combined with the practice to solve the problem of the cost of the project encountered in the construction process The paper analyzes the cost management,and uses the scientific means to find out the measures to solve the problem of cost management to do a good job in the new era of Hunan WG railway project cost management of new ideas,new methods,new ways to explain.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are put forward:First,it is necessary to coordinate the responsibilities,rights and interests between different departments and employees,establish the behavior and consciousness of cost control,handle the internal and external factors correctly,So that cost management to play its due effect.Second,a comprehensive forecast,control,planning,accounting,analysis and assessment in all aspects of management should be fully implemented in place.Third,the effective measures to improve the cost management of the Hunan WG railway project include:the implementation of the project risk control responsibility system;establish and improve the effective competition mechanism;continue to improve the project planning in the management level;make the quality can be guaranteed;QC group to overcome the problems in the process;establish a sense of security awareness,so that civilized construction.Based on the relevant scientific theory of project cost management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the suggestions on the cost management of the project of Hunan WG railway project,which can be the practical basis and scientific reference for the same enterprises to carry out the railway project.
