Railway is the backbone network of comprehensive transportation in China,and it is very important to manage the cost reasonably and efficiently because of the large scale,high technical standard and large capital demand of railway project construction.For construction enterprises,construction stage engineering drawings to the entity,there are engineering measurement and valuation,capital use plan management,change management,project engineering management and so on a series of data processing work,in the face of the actual conditions changing,data update,in construction stage of cost information,dynamic management is very important.BIM can integrate the cost information and data into the railway BIM model,and it is an important basis for realizing the informatization of railway construction and the fine management of construction cost.Collaborative management and data sharing based on BIM are the inevitable trend of the development of railway engineering cost management.From the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper explores the dynamic cost management mechanism of railway construction based on BIM.Based on BIM dynamic cost management is the foundation of the construction phase of the project based on BIM measurement and valuation,but the amount of current based on BIM direct statistical results there is a deviation,and quantity does not match the contract price or change the unit price automatically,the reason is because BIM model does not include all the information needed for cost,can only rely on personnel cost in the specification list and manual to paraphrase valuation quota,so in this paper,using the ontology technology,set up a railway BIM components cost attributes,based on ontology and the ontology as a mediation pattern,The mapping of BIM component information to ontology and the mapping of real-time cost database information to ontology are completed.The barrier of information exchange between BIM component and cost database is overcome through the reasoning of ontology,and the effect of automatically and accurately invoking the corresponding data in cost database based on the attribute information of BIM component is realized.On this basis,this paper based on BIM components decomposition characteristics of type,was discussed based on BIM railway bill of quantities valuation mode,and established a series of construction cost management mechanism based on BIM,make capital use plan,the engineering change price,engineering price settlement cost management content can directly based on BIM to realize automatic dynamic calculation and orchestration,thereby saving cost people a lot of queries and the computing time,improve the efficiency of construction cost management.This paper provides a reference for the dynamic cost management method of railway construction stage based on BIM.
