Changchun Area Occupy The Endowment Living Space Design Strategy Research

For this century,our country faces significant problems,an aging population has become one of the important issues,in today's society has been pay more and more attention to the aging problem in China,constantly build and perfect the suitable for China's old-age security system becomes very important.At the present stage of our country,the family endowment is the most suitable and the most suitable for China's national conditions.So vigorously support and the perfect pension policy in our country,this article is the demand for pension mode that occupy the home of the elderly,to design and reconstruction of the endowment space that occupy the home to design more accord with the characteristics of elderly people in China are built after living space design to provide some basic theoretical basis.The research object of this paper is mainly the living space of old age,and has conducted in-depth investigation and research on it.In terms of theory,summarizes the our country the elderly through the observation and data access of physiological and psychological characteristics,and the characteristics of the life needs,so as to further study the special demand on living space.Also through to the domestic and foreign existing experience case analysis about the old house and check,then investigating the related instances and advanced design idea to analysis and summary.After understanding relevant concepts and design ideas,we conducted a field visit and survey of ordinary residences in changchun area and excellent pension service centers.After investigation,found and summed up the changchun area of the existing problems of endowment home house and go against the elderly life condition factors,combined with the improvement of the service center facilities conclusion appeared some shortage,the family pension for space provides a good basis for actual design strategy.Finally closely around changchun area the elderly living space of the core,for the social principle,safety principle of private,comfortable and convenient principle,economy principle,and the general design principles(i.e.,barrier-free design principles)of five old space design principles.Summarizes the bedroom,sitting room,dining-room,kitchen,bathroom and other aspects of design considerations,to explore suitable for pension mode of the old residential buildings that occupy the home living space design strategy research done preparation,on the back of the door model design for two main generation and living conditions in the design.
