In this paper,We first research from the perspective of the distribution system switchgear partial discharge mechanism,and look for related research history and the present advanced technology domestic and overseas,Combined with the switch cabinet partial discharge,electrical signal propagation characteristics,aim at the four kinds of typical partial discharge phenomena to build physical model and related experiments.By analyzing the experimental results to select appropriate sensors and related supporting components.In this thesis,We first used XFDTD simulation software establish the simulation model,combined with electrical exile of Gaussian pulse source simulation experiment,the analysis under different excitation source current pulse width the same testing point.Analysis waveforms of TEV amplitude of under different excitation source current pulse width and the same testing point.and combined TEV excitation amplitude waveforms and the same amplitude,pulse width under different excitation source current TEV amplitude waveforms under different detection distance,etc.Comprehensive the above experimental results,we research and development new TEV sensors.Experiment plan based on the characteristics of the ultrasonic signal,we formulate and analyze the resonant sensor and air conductive sensor experimental results,choose high sensitivity ultrasonic sensors.Based on the characteristics of the ultrasonic signal transmission,we make experiment scheme and analyzing resonant sensor and air conductive sensor experimental results,choose high sensitivity ultrasonic sensors.At the same time,this thesis analysis and study under the same conditions of ultrasonic signal and apparent power function relation between the testing results and the relation between of fitting.We design the structure of switchgear partial discharge detection system framework,at the same time using LABVIEW program editor for detecting system interface and function.Finally,we research and development equipment management,partial discharge detection,trend analysis,and other functions of the domestic advanced portable switchgear partial discharge detection system.Conduct site test of the equipment is effective.Through this thesis describes the research contents and improve the switchgear partial discharge detection techniques and methods,higher quality detection device for subsequent development laid a solid foundation,to put theory into practice,it’s effective service to our field devices charged detection work. |
