The power situation in the context of continuous social progress and scientific and technological innovation is a big problem that cannot be ignored, with the continuous development of the times, the number of high-quality electric energy required by the whole society is also increasing,so how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the entire power system has become the focus of social development, and when it comes to the reliability of power supply in the power system,it is necessary to mention the high-voltage switchgear. As an indispensable electrical equipment in the normal operation of the national power situation, the switchgear affects the reliability and stability of the power supply of the distribution network system.Through rapid and accurate detection of the interior of the high-voltage switchgear,a series of safety accidents caused by the reduction of the dielectric strength caused by partial discharge in the high-voltage switchgear can be avoided. This article introduces the Transient Earth Voltages(TEV)detection method and the ultrasonic emission detection method(AE)for detecting partial discharge of high-voltage switchgear, respectively.Secondly, the theoretical basis and detection process of these two detection methods are introduced in detail. The positioning accuracy of the current local discharge power supply is improved, and the time difference of Arrival method(TDOAM)based on the introduction of quantum genetic algorithm(QGA)to achieve the precise location of the local discharge power supply. Finally, the error comparison with the other four positioning algorithms makes the proposed method verified. In this paper, three switch cabinet partial discharge models are designed and comprehensive tests are carried out to prove that TEV and ultrasonic combined detection method can effectively detect partial discharge of switch cabinet.Aiming at the problem that the partial discharge signals collected by sensors still contain interference noise due to noise interference and serious mode mixing, this paper proposes a new AEEMD denoising algorithm to deal with the obtained discharge waveform and verifies it by comparing with other three denoising algorithms.
