| Driven by industrial transformation and upgrading,as a carrier space for strategic emerging industries and future industries,the new industrial park architecture mainly gathers innovative R & D functions.Combined with the work and life needs of the innovative R & D function and the current development background of Shenzhen with scarce buildable land and high-density and high-density,the Shenzhen New Industrial Park building is multifunctional and complex.By sorting out the diversified functions of the new industrial park in Shenzhen,the diversified functions are divided into two categories: industrial functions and supporting functions.The supporting functions include service R & D,office supporting functions,and life and leisure services for the park workers.The daily life supporting functions and the municipal supporting facilities supporting the operation of the park.Finally,the combination principle and logic of each functional block in the new industrial park are analyzed from the four aspects of the master-slave relationship,service relationship,layout relationship and matching mode between functions.Driven by the high density of the city,the multi-functionalization of new industrial park buildings presents a three-dimensional and three-dimensional composite state.Combined with the site conditions,it can be concluded that the new industrial park building presents four compound modes of juxtaposition,grouping,group,and hybrid in the horizontal dimension,and two compound modes of superposition and fusion in the vertical dimension.And use horizontal stratification and cross-layer integration strategies to complete the streamline organization in the composite state.Immediately afterwards,the author selected the design practice project that I personally participated in and the bidding project to be built by the studio partner where the author is located to verify the accuracy of the author’s summary of the multi-functional and complex design strategy of the new industrial park building.Based on the current situation research,this paper makes a reasonable guess on the future development trend of the new multi-functional compound industrial park building,and believes that the new multi-functional compound industrial park building will move towards "flexibility of industrial housing","coexistence of single and diverse" "Share public resources","community of working life","green ecology",and "virtualization of industrial parks" and other directions. |
