Gas compression equipment such as screw compressor,screw pump,screw fan is the common core parts of the helical rotor.The compression device has a simple structure,stable running,and energy saving,making its extensive application in the gas industry,oil field metallurgical machinery,water conservancy department.However,because of its special curve,the designing of special screw rotor must beused arameterized design method.Although a large number of domestic research on spiral rotor has been carried out,research direction are mainly concentrated in the study of certain of the rotor,the lack of a widely used method of research,this system is aimed at the common problems existing in the hope of finding a solution.This paper puts forward a method of the special screw rotor design,Introduced the composition of special screw helix rotor type line,end of generation,this paper discusses the models of screw rotor conjugate of Yin and Yang,the contact line equation,special screw rotor parameterized model is set up;Development method is introduced based on the secondary development of SolidWorks,and USES the API interface,based on the secondary development;The period from the spiral rotor parameterization process,running environment,software platform,etc.;Introduces the theories of the system design principle,at the same time coding done before the design of the system related functions;Finally,by process parameters of input and output,the parameters of the screw rotor,Yin and Yang,the spiral rotor of Yin and Yang of automatic assembly of each modules such as the basic data structure,program operation,illustrates the application methods of the system.This system can effectively shorten the development cycle of new type of spiral rotor and improve the design quality and reduce the design cost,have certain research and engineering practical value,At the same time,through the system of special rotor also facilitate CAM nc programming of data acquisition,can further improve the quality and efficiency of srew rotor NC machining.
