Gear transmission is the modern machinery and equipment in the wide application of transmission form.It has many advantages,such as stable transmission,high efficiency,long service life,convenient maintenance,etc.And all kinds of cylinder and cone gear and harmonic gear can realize constant transmission ratio transmission,It can’t realize transmission when institutions need to implement the uniform than transmission requirements.However,the circle involute spur gear whose involute is general plane curve,can well realize nonlinear gear ratio transmission.Until now,the levels of design and manufacturing of non-circular gear are low,also,some of the specific machine also have not been produced.Besides,there is no industry standard,the non-circular gears have no unified test instrument.Under that circumstance,this article developed tooth profile of cylindrical spur gear’s pitch curve of parametric design system,which based on SolidWorks,mainly by the Windows operating system development platform and Visual Basic programming tools.(1)Design tooth profile of cylindrical spur gear’s pitch curve parametric system,and according to the transmission ratio function system design gear’s pitch curve.The system not only can proceed parameter calculation,3 d modeling,but also can innovative added check calibration module,including concave and convex calibration,root cutting and pressure Angle calibration,etc.Thus realizing the closed-loop design of cylindrical spur gear parametric system,real-time feedback,to ensure the accuracy of gear design.(2)Study the design parameters of the cylindrical spur gear dynamics,and the commonly used non cylindrical spur gear gear drive motion simulation analysis,drive motion simulation analysis to the commonly used non cylindrical spur gear.It is concluded that the agency has a smooth transmission,high efficiency,etc.Then the generated third-order gears has carried on the finite element modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis.Through the modal analysis,we get the gear pair first six order modal vibration mode nephogram and inherent frequency value,which can be learned that the natural vibration characteristics.Through transient dynamic analysis,we obtain the stress diagram and cloud chart of gear meshing.(3)Composite applicate the cylindrical spur gear mechanism,rank slider mechanism and sine mechanism,and contrast transmission characteristics of the combined mechanism with ordinary slider-crank mechanism and sine mechanism.Which summed up the combined mechanism has many advantages,such as stable transmission,hightransmission efficiency,etc.And the application of the combined mechanism of elliptical gear with sine agencies was used in wool textile gilling machine guide bar mechanism.(4)Summarize the principle of processing the cylindrical spur gear by the numerical control slotting machine,milling machine and the cutting processing.And use processing simulation module of MasterCAM software to analysis the cylindrical spur gear milling tooth and wire-cutting processing,finally get the NC machining NC program.
