The Research On The Visual Landscape Design Of High-rise Residential Space

With the rapid development of China's urbanization,the issues such as land resources,population aggregation,and living environment became more and more prominent.Land intensive has become an inevitable trend.Most people in the future will live in the high-rise building.The landscape design of the high-rise residential area is mainly based on the visual experience.Due to the control and density of the modern urban settlements,the objective of the visual landscape design is more difficult.However,with the continuous development of the era,the visual landscape is seriously affecting people's material life and spiritual life.Therefore,the author will discuss the high-rise residential area of the visual landscape design method with vision as the research object.In the recent years,the visual landscape design of the high-rise residential area paid too much attention on the plane effect and composition form,which ignored the factors of height,large population,limitation of residential space view,spatial division,landscape quality and so on.And it caused that high-rise residential space landscape environment was not satisfied.Vision is an important factor in people's understanding of the world,and is an intuitive factor in evaluating the quality of landscape space.In this paper,the author will summarize the modern aesthetic and spiritual needs of high-rise residential space visual landscape design method from the visual point of view of humanized design,based on the scientific,systematic visual analysis,visual evaluation theory analysis,landscape design analysis.Design combines science and art.Landscape design connects the human with the environment.Besides meeting people's psychological,cultural and functional requirements,it is also necessary to analyze the visual principles,study the correct and objective methods as vision to be the research object.Especially in the development of people-oriented landscape design concept,there is no space planning and design that can ignore the most basic visual elements.
