As for the engineering-oriented project,the characteristic of the risk management is different from other general engineering projects.In order to achieve the project goals and maximize profits,metro construction project must have a complete and suitable knowledge engineering theory system and management method to assess the current state of project risk management,and with the purpose of improving its risk management level.From the perspective of the whole process of risk management and based on extensive literature research of metro construction risk management and the maturity theory,this paper discussed the maturity model,measurement model and improvement path of metro construction risk management.The main researches are as follows:(1)Based on analyzing the theories of risk management,maturity theory and risk management of mtreo construction,this paper clarifies the metro construction project characteristics and risk mechanism,expounds the connotation of metro construction risk management maturity.It has been clear about the metro construction risk management maturity the boundary and purpose.(2)The study to determine the basic framework of the metro construction risk management maturity,divided the maturity level,has been defined the connotation of the key process areas,key support areas,target,best practices,and on the basis of combing out the index system of metro construction risk management maturity.(3)To defines the relationship between the support areas and key process areas.This paper construct a concept of correlation hypothesis model for key areas of metro construction risk management maturity model,and obtains the information for reliability and validity by questionnaire by using structural equation model to testing this hypothesis.(4)Through the applicability combination of both Fuzzy AHP and OWA weights,the scope of application of the two methods is determined.This paper considered the importance of the assignment of the evaluation system,fuzzy boundaries of the index attribute and the difficulty to quantify,combining Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation constructed by metro construction risk management maturity model.Then based on the current state of project risk management,the best roadmap ascend ability is given.(5)Combined with the project under construction in SZJ parking interval,maturity model,index system and measurement model of metro construction risk management is applied to the engineering practice of the metro construction.It establishs a promoting roadmap of risk management capacity based on the evaluation results and gives several sugusstuions for SZJ project department to enhance the level of risk management.The research of paper can enrich the therories of metro construction risk management to a certain extent.The research ideas and theoretical basis are provided for the measurement and rapid improvement of the risk management ability of such engineering projects.
