Research On Maturity Evaluation Of Contractor Risk Management Under EPC Mode

EPC project has become a common practice and trend in the international engineering field.Since 2016,the Chinese government has issued a number of policies to promote the implementation of general contracting of construction projects.Compared with the general projects,the risks faced by the EPC project contractors are increased,and the risk management process is more complex.These factors pose new challenges to contractors.Under this background,the risk management of contractors is becoming more and more important.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of contractor's risk management level has become an increasingly concerned issue in the construction industry.Because it can help enterprises understand their risk management status,so as to guide the risk management process scientifically,and improve the risk management level.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the maturity evaluation of contractor risk management under EPC model.In the process of sorting out relevant literature,this paper found out the gap of risk management ability evaluation research of contractors under the EPC model,and the shortcomings of the existing risk management maturity evaluation model.Therefore,this paper combines the characteristics of EPC model,absorbs the previous research results,to build the contractor risk management maturity model under EPC model based on the basic form of software capability maturity.Firstly,this paper initially selected the evaluation index.The index selection model based on structural entropy factor analysis is constructed to screen and optimize the primary index.Then the rationality of index selection is verified by Structural Equation Modeling.Secondly,this paper determined the weights of index with the combination of AHP and DEMATEL,to solve the defects of analytic hierarchy process.So as to construct the maturity evaluation index system.Thirdly,the evaluation model was constructed based on the fuzzy set theory,and the quantification of the evaluation results was realized.Finally,an empirical analysis is given to illustrate the operation steps of the evaluation index system,and the feasibility of the evaluation index system is verified.
