The Application Of BIM In Hospital Engineering

Since twenty-first Century,the industry due to the popularization of information technology and a complete revolution,such as manufacturing and electronic information industry,China's construction industry project is more and more complex,more and more units involved,involved in the construction project and cohesion between the various departments,each stage more closely,requires information between units in the smooth transfer and sharing,so the information technology popularization and application in construction industry is imperative,Building Information Modeling(building information model),BIM is the only way which must be passed of building information.The hospital as a public building,plays an important role in people's life,the hospital which has the pipeline conventional system of traditional architecture,and the existence of oxygen system,vacuum suction system,negative suction system,nurse call equipment,baby care equipment and other special electromechanical pipelines and equipment,the whole pipeline is more complex and diverse.How to improve the quality of hospital design,reduce the construction phase problems,speed up the construction period,improve quality,and improve the efficiency of the operation and management become a new topic.This article mainly discusses how to use BIM technology in each phase of hospital engineering.This paper first summarizes the basic characteristics of building information model,and then explains the software involved in the model and its application at home and abroad.The characteristics of BIM and related software engineering for hospital development,namely in the research and application of program design,construction and operation stages,and creatively put forward the building information model hospital project cycle management architecture based on.Taking the Yellow River hospital as an engineering background,this paper describes the application of BIM in the design,construction and operation management phase of the Yellow River hospital.This hospital advantage through the engineering application of BIM case,collaborative design in the design stage,construction stage less collision;early collision check,and optimize the pre operation stage;real-time monitoring systemsafety,stress condition,provide some basis for the application of BIM in engineering in the hospital.
