Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Apartment Type Residential Units In Changsha

As an indispensable part of the housing market,apartment style house play an important role in balancing market demand,improving people’s living conditions and promoting national economic development.The second half of 2016 is a leap in the development of housing prices,many developers and property buyers are located in residential areas and surrounding facilities as a bright spot to attract buyers,the influence of residential interior space on housing price is very small.The planning and design of the some projects have a lot of problems,these problems often have to live for some time after the tenants have feedback.Commercialized understanding of the apartment style house apartment has become the subconscious,leading to the design of the house can not achieve a qualitative breakthrough.With the rapid development of real estate,land resources are becoming more and more scarce,residential high-rise phenomenon is more and more obvious.Apartment style house gradually began to become "human indifference" of the "alien" tool,which is reality that Changsha apartment style house can not be avoided.The interior space of the apartment house is the basic carrier of the family life and the concentrated embodiment of the living style,and the different family structure and life style are closely related to the living mode and the spatial form of the apartment.From the current situation of Changsha apartment style house to start,through the actual case investigation and scheme comparison,,analyzes the current layout design problems of Changsha apartment style house.In the thesis writing process,the author first defines the concept of apartment house and the scope of the object of study.Through the studying of the living space of the apartment houses in Changsha from 2008 to 2015,data sheets of most apartment buildings built in Changsha from 2008 to 2015 were collected,at the same time,the factors that influence the design of apartment space are analyzed in detail,summarizes the most common apartment shape of apartment houses in Changsha,and finds out the common problems in the design of apartment house.Then,3 typical apartments in Changsha were investigated and surveyed,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the existing problems of unit design,finally,to solve the problem,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the design of apartment house,so as to provide suggestions for the further development of apartment house in Changsha.
