| Due to the rapid economic development and the impact of living pressure in the current era,urban residents prefer apartment houses,because apartment houses are generally smaller in size and have reached the standard of fine decoration at the time of delivery.On this basis,property services and a series of supporting facilities are also provided.Due to the cost control factor of the developer,many apartment houses only focus on the interior decoration effect,but the interior organization is crowded and the functional information is not prominent,which ultimately affects the spatial experience of the occupants.People’s living requirements will not be lowered due to the small area of apartment houses.Developers should pay attention to the suitability and broadness of the internal space of apartment houses,optimize the internal space and improve the quality of residential houses.In order to cooperate with times development pace and cater to the process of urban way of life,this article adopt the method of theory and practical application of one,investigating apartment-style residential related concept,characteristic and demand of resident,will be the results of the survey as the breakthrough point,excellent case summary analysis,and then carries on the optimization design of research,references are provided for the optimization design method for this article apartment-style residential space;Questionnaire survey was conducted on apartment households in the city to find out their living needs and feedback on the existing space.Collect opinions and summarize problems.According to the principles of creating a comfortable atmosphere,integrating space layout,making efficient use of space and extending space life,optimize the interior design of apartment houses by four methods: improving space configuration,organizing storage system,adapting to time development and extending space distance.At the end of the paper,the theoretical point of view is verified by practical cases. |
