Research On The Modular Coordination Of The Support And Infill In Kitchen And Toilet Based On CSI Residential In A Prefabricating Way

With the rapid development of economy,the real estate industry become a pillar industry of national economy in our country.But with a long time of extensive development,residential industry in China is faced with many kinds of problems,such as low qualities,low production efficiency,unreasonable design,short-time life and so on.Not to mention the environmental protection and resources for sustainable development today are speaking louder and louder,this kind of contradiction is increasingly fierce.In order to solve this contradiction,this article tries to learn from the western developed countries in the treatment of similar problems,and put the advanced housing production theory,"Support-Infill"residential theory into the agenda of the development of residential industry at the present stage in China."Support-infill" housing residential theory is divided into two parts:Support part and Infill part.These two parts should be produced in the industrialized technology in factory,and unified assembly to become a residential product.Support-Infill residential theory in Chinese practicing is called CSI residential theory,and the development of CSI residential theory is founded of the Support part and Infill part under a unified system of module design production and complete coordination assembly.Nowadays,although in our country in terms of residential module system has made certain efforts,launched a series of standard module system specifications,and the housing industry experimental based for practical operation test,in fact,the existing coordinating role of the modulus system putting into the actual use operation process is not perfect.Module numbers are set unreasonable,thus unable to effectively promoting the development of CSI residential theory and making the modernization of housing industry in China come true.Based on the research of "Support-Infill" theory of actual CSI residential project,the Alloy Apartment in Beijing,the modular set can be concluded that the support theory of residential modular coordination of typical technology are drainage,wholekitchen and the whole washroom.The three aspects of actual operation in residential modular coordination at the present stage in China are existing in the washroom,kitchen.Thus solving the two interface function spaces and the number of thepositioning module can make a difference in the development of residential modulus system in China.The kitchen and washroom are multifarious,numerous interface and of function diversity.It need to be solved properly each part of the interface position and size set to ensure the coordination with Supports’ module.Through investigating relevant data,the specification,and surveying in the market,this paper uses the form of existing some unreasonable modulus in washroom and kitchen and reset unreasonable numbers,hoping to exert positive effects on the overall residential modular coordination.Finally,in the aspect of modular coordination,this article lays eyes on the government management mechanism,the implementation of the enterprises and feedback mechanism and the public’s views for the contradiction between diversification and standardization.Putting up some analysis respectively lists and some pieces of relating analysis advice,hoping the whole society would carry out the roles of residential modular coordination.
