| As a new kind of residential pattern different from the traditional residential, the SI(Sopport and Infill) assembly residential is an important progress in residential conceptand technology. However, with the deepening of the research on various aspects of SIassembly residential, the systematic research on it’s planning approaches has not arousedthe extensive attention of all the insiders. Actually, in the aspect of planning, SI assemblyresidential has very apparent differences from the ordinary residential, Therefore,itsplanning aspect has very important research value and space.This paper first propoesd the important concept of “the planning of the designstageâ€based on extensive collection of relevant research results and on the cross-domainof architectural planning and design. Taking it as a starting point, this thesis carried outin-depth study on the characteristic planning approaches of the design phase of SIassembly residential. According to the analysis on the architectural planning process, thisresearch formed the main research clue of this article which discussed the three mainstages of preliminary research, support planning and infill planning. In reference to a greatdeal of domestic and foreign research data, combined with the real state investigation andmy own research, we put forward a complete theory about the support planning and infillplanning, and discussed in detail with their practice and application technology.The purpose of this research lies mainly in two points: one is to improve the theoryresearch of SI assembly residential, and study further on the systematic theoreticalframework of its planning area; the other is to provide sufficient and necessary theorysupport to the design practice of SI assembly residential. This study focused on thesystematic research on planning approaches and technical means, and the research resultshave very strong maneuverability which can be directly used for the design andconstruction practice of SI assembly residential. |
