Abstract/Summary:
In30years, the pace of the urbanization in China is accelerated along with the reform and opening up, all kinds of urban contradictions also become obvious gradually. First of all, a growing number of rural population get into the city, predicts2020, the urban population in China will account for55%of the total population, and the urbanization process will also be at the peak. At that time, the urban population explosion and the urban housing shortage will become the main contradiction of the city development.In recent years, the housing prices are skyrocketing in China, included the first-tier city like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen etc., and the provinces cities, even the second and third tier cities. Therefore, the housing problems have became the top priority of the whole society. Our country comes out the policies of speeding up the affordable housing, they are aimed at solving the problems of the real estate market from the most basic housing supply and demand relations. In the next five years, our country will build thirty-six million units of affordable housing, making people living in their own houses. In our country, the base of the residential construction is big, and the demand is also great, but in the lifespan of the buildings, the energy consumption is30%higher than that of developed countries such as Japan, the United States, Holland and so on. In recent years, along with the rapid development of the cities in our country, and the behaviors of tearing down and rebuilding are prevail for a time, these cause a waste of resources of energy. Therefore, transformation of the mode of housing production is imminent, it is the necessary not only for the need of economic development and saving resources, but also for the sustainable development of China’s housing construction.In order to meet the housing needs of a growing urban population and a variety of the residents’life, the new residential form becomes an important direction in our country and even in the world, which is called SI residence. The housing industrialization is the best choice, which can turns the housing industry from extensive to intensive, scientific, green and low-carbon.CSI residence is the special supporting residence in our country, which is combined with China’s specific national conditions and referred to the advanced theory and the specific engineering practice of the foreign supportive residences, SI residences and the KSI residences. They have the high variability, eligibility and durability, etc. CSI housing can solve the different functional requirements of different occupation of family structure in a different period, it conforms to the need of the family structure changes because of getting into the aging society, so as to make up for the deficiency and the weakness of the existing urban residents, alleviate the problems that exist in the average house, then put forward a possible direction for solving the problem of housing in our country.In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ CSI residential theory, the writer draw lessons from the Holland, Japan housing systems, research and summarize some aspects of the CSI residents, such as the eligibility, the support body, the filling body design and composition, etc. This paper integrate CSI theory with practice, which is combined with the "the future home Ⅱ "project. At last, the results and shortcomings are discussed of the SI residents in the development of China’s30years.
