Trade is one of the most important forms of human communication and association.Ideas about the view of people have to "Buy something" to meet their basic needs have changed over time.Nowadays,there is a growing tendency to pay more attention to "shopping",which including not only trade,but also the shopping environment,shopping service as well as entertainment.Shopping has become an indispensable part of the activity of people's daily life in today.AS the main carrier of shopping behavior,is related closely to people's daily life,it arouse increasing attention and concerning from the whole world.The research on the design strategy of Centralized community commercial center was no longer confined to provide shopping space.The designer tend to integration customer behavior theory into community shopping space design,thinking about how to create the modernization and humanization community space that can satisfy people's both material and spiritual requirement of the modern life style and the changing tendency of the grade.Combing psychological activity and behavior with space design is vital to create a humanized place space.Based on the analysis and research of Centralized community commercial center,this paper explored the characteristics of the development of Centralized community commercial center and the problems that still exist in the Centralized community commercial center.Then,through the research on the types of consumers and the theory of consumer psychology and behavior,this paper summarizes the influence of consumer behavior on the shopping space.Through the analysis of the comparison and combination,this paper try to find out a Centralized community commercial center design strategy which could integrated behavior and psychological demands of consumers and analysis of a large number of actual project cases to find out solutions to the problems in Centralized community commercial center space design as well as under the current environment of shopping experience increasingly rich and diverse needs.The full text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,which briefly summarizes the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research and research methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the concept of the commercial community,detailed introduces the history and status quo of the development of community commercial at home and abroad,and analyzes its future development trend,and the existing problems in the development of community commercial.The third chapter elaborates the concept of Centralized community commercial center space,including its spatial function,the format and layout mode and analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the spatial layout model of Centralized community commercial centers.The fourth chapter introduces the concept of environmental behavior,from the consumer's behavior and psychological level,proposed the the consumer behavior oriented in the community center of shopping space,and analysis the the function of the Centralized community commercial center space design on the consumer's consumption behavior from two aspects:the objective consumption and the random consumption,to discusses the requirements of the space design of Centralized community commercial center based on the environment behavior theory.The fifth chapter is the study of specific strategies and case studies,the article summarizes the views,and pointed out the possible future research direction.
