With the development of power system,the data in the grid is growing very rapidly.Taditional computing model can not meet the demand of power system.In the calculation and analysis of distribution network,power flow calculation is an important position,which is the basis of planning and operation analysis of distribution network,so the development of a rapid calculation of power flow calculation has important significance to promote the construction of smart power grid.Cloud computing technology can achieve massive data storage and computing,cloud computing is also able to achieve rational allocation of resources.Based on the discussion of cloud computing technology and power flow algorithm of distribution network,this paper focuses on how to apply the cloud computing technology to the power flow calculation of distribution network.First,this paper expounds the present situation of the application and research of cloud computing technology in power system at home and abroad,the characteristics of cloud computing and several common methods of power flow calculation in distribution network.The types of task scheduling algorithms and the goals of task scheduling are also introduced.Secondly,The basic Min-min task scheduling algorithm is improved.The concept of relative loss degree is introduced,and the relative loss degree is taken as the reference for the Min-min algorithm to determine the optimal allocation scheme in the task allocation process,and optimize the selection scheme through parameter K value.The load average is calculated before the final allocation scheme determined,and the distribution scheme is adjusted according to the calculation results.The validity of the improved min-min algorithm considering load balancing is proved by simulation and analysis.On the basis of this algorithm,an improved Min-min task scheduling algorithm based on the characteristics of distribution network is proposed.The task is divided according to the task relationship,the improved min-min algorithm is used to distribute the tasks in the same layer,and the communication between different tasks is communicated by the virtual machine.Last,A forward and backward power flow calculation method for distribution network based on cloud computing is proposed in this paper.The whole structure of the distribution network is divided into interrelated subnets,each subnet corresponds to a task,and different tasks represent different forward/backward sweep algorithm power flow calculation processes.And all the sub networks are formed the associated task graph,according to the relationship between tasks.Through the task relation in task association graph and the improved Min-min association task scheduling algorithm,the computing task formed by each subnet is rationally allocated to multiple virtual machines.Writing simulation program based on C++.Through the simulation analysis of IEEE33 node,IEEE69 node,IEEE292 node system and partial distribution network system of an area,it is found that the algorithm can effectively improve the speed calculation of distribution network power flow,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved.
