Abstract/Summary:
This paper is designed for the most complex IP systems of car interior, using themore commonly automotive UGNX software as a platform, based on the generallayout module GPDL producted by the secondary development system UGOpen as atool, detailed IP ergonomic design and layout to use theoretical knowledge andpractical application, and with a full and comprehensive use of car ergonomics theoryto form a complete theory and methods of the instrument panel systems based onsoftware applications.In this thesis, including the IP layout design methods, algorithms, checking andapplication of interactive interface. For the application of theoretical methods, fromseveral aspects of visual interactive interface, touch and feel interface interface andother aspects, according to the following modules elaborate layout design: includingstyle design methods, the IP layout, shade hood design, layout manipulation, defrostdefogging holes, air vents buttons and other somer elements arranged in order to forma more perfect instrument panel system layout theory, and explains some of thenecessary algorithms required to complete.Secondly, for the IP layout design commonly used tools, such as H-point designtool, eyellipse tools, hand encompasses interface, panel blind area, IP glaring designlayout tools, front direct view, and mankind tool etc. This paper detailed descriptionall these above tools, and specifying the use of methods and precautions, for exampleeyellipse layout tool, elaborated eyes parameter information for the crowd and thecorresponding use, and cited formulas and algorithms design layout of the eyellipseused, eyellipse tangent for eyellipse has great significance; for example the H-pointdesign tool, detail and outlines the parameters for the vehicle information needed todesign layout, heel point arrangement requires information and related human seatposture etc. It also explains the basic use method and check methods of all the humandatas, mandkind datas, front direct vision system design and verification-related sight.In the meantime of explaining the use of the method, further integrate UGNX actualmodule, according to the H-point design tool, the eyellipse tools, hand encompassesinterface, panel blind area, IP glare design layout tools, front direct view andmandkind tools in the UGNX software, actual descripting the detailed use ofmethods and procedures of each module tool in the UGNX software.Finally, with the actual market popular A-Class models project data, using themethod of this paper formed the theory and interface module tool system, focusing onthe early human seat posture checking, as well as making the panel blind area(instrument cluster arrangement), the front direct view, the IP glare (shading hoodarrangement), the regional demand for hand-stretched (manipulated button layout)and other commonly used instrument panel layout verification of information, basedon above infomations, thus completing the detailed IP layout system design and thefinal checking, meantime complete the actual example of ergonomic IP layout designverification applications.
