| Flight simulation model has always been the focus of flight simulator research,and it is no exception in the process of helicopter simulator research.And the content of flight simulation model is very large,which can include flight dynamics model,aircraft control system model and so on.Based on the relevant research experience,this paper will focus on the modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system of a certain type of helicopter,and provide a basis for further research on the complete flight simulation model.This paper firstly introduces the helicopter simulator on the popular in the world,including the classification and composition of the simulator,and introduces its development history,then introduces the current situation of modeling and fault modeling of hydraulic system,and expounds the purpose and significance of this study.Secondly,this paper expounds the basic theory of fluid mechanics,and analyzes the structure and working principle of the hydraulic system of the helicopter,and also sums up the relationship between operating system and hydraulic system of helicopter,helicopter landing gear and hydraulic system of helicopter,and expounds the working principle between them.Thirdly,the basic theory of hydraulic system modeling have been analyzed and summarized in this paper.At the same time,the modeling theory is used to establish the mathematical model of hydraulic basic components.And as the important part of the hydraulic system,the mathematical model of hydraulic servo booster is also established.And then using the SimHydraulics module of Matlab,the whole simulation model of helicopter hydraulic system is constructed.And through the simulation analysis,the correctness and validity of the model is verified.Finally,this paper introduces the typical failure mode of helicopter hydraulic system and analyzes the typical fault mechanism of helicopter hydraulic system.And then through the method of the fault injection,the simulation of the helicopter hydraulic system pipeline blockage fault model and fault model of hydraulic cylinder leakage is completed in this paper. |
