Gear transmission as one of the mechanical transmission systems,which has advantages of high transmission efficiency,compact structure,stable transmission and constant transmission ratio,so it is widely used in aerospace,ship engineering and automobile industry.Now,with the progress of modern science and technology,gear drive is moving towards high speed,heavy load and intelligent,how to effectively reduce vibration of gear transmission system deserves consideration.At present,whether at home or abroad,passive control of gear transmission system vibration has been carried on thoroughly,but it hasn't been thoroughly studied in the active control of gear transmission system vibration.Therefore,it is important to study the active control of cylindrical gear transmission system vibration.In this paper,the mesh stiffness of cylindrical gears was analyzed and it presented and studied a kind of gear vibration reduction method based on the change of web structure,then selecting and designing actuator to change the web structure,finally developing vibration simulation of controllable cylindrical gear transmission system to verify the effectiveness of design.First,analysis of cylindrical gear and meshing stiffness,in the process of gear meshing,the transmission error was changed by changing the structure of the wheel web,so that achieve the purpose of reducing gear transmission vibration;then selecting the connection part of outer circle and hub as research object,establishing expression of torsional deformation of web under certain torque by using the knowledge of materials mechanics;comparing and selecting UG to establish three different types of controllable web structure;meanwhile,comparing different finite element software and selecting ANSYS to establish finite element model of controllable web structure,analyzing the change of strength and stiffness with different structures under certain torsional loads.Secondly,analyzing the external excitation and internal excitation which causing gear transmission vibration,based on ADAMS,by building flexible gear shaft and setting impact function and related constraint conditions,establishing the virtual prototype of controllable cylindrical gear transmission system;then setting simulation type and time step,and when the system was in different rotational speeds and web layers,studied the influence of changing web structure on dynamic characteristics of cylindrical gears transmission system.Then comparing some different actuators and selecting electromagnetic actuator as active vibration control execution device,designing the magnetic circuit and establishing the motion equation of the electromagnetic actuator;comparing and selecting Ansoft software to establish electromagnetic characteristics simulation environment,studying the electromagnetic characteristics of electromagnetic;based on the finite element model of the actuator,analyzing the influence of main actuator structural parameters on actuating performance.Finally,according to the system control targets,establishing system state variables in the ADAMS,which set actuator motion as input variable,the vibration acceleration of driven wheel in the Y direction as output variable,and exporting the model of controllable cylindrical gear transmission system;then start-up Matlab to call sub model system of virtual prototype of controllable cylindrical gear transmission system,building the simulink control model,setting simulation algorithm and step size,completing simulation of gear vibration variation under the control of actuator.
