Gear system is the most widely used mechanical transmission device,with high transmission efficiency,accurate transmission ratio,stable performance and other advantages.In the process of gear transmission,the existence of manufacturing error will cause specific meshing dynamic excitation.In order to reduce the gear transmission problem caused by manufacturing errors,the gear modification technology is often used to optimize the gear transmission performance in industrial applications.Based on the manufacturing error of cylindrical gear,a series of in-depth researches on the dynamic characteristics and modification technology of gear transmission are carried out in this paper.The main research work is as follows:(1)In view of the inaccuracy and subjectivity of the calculation of the gear manufacturing error amplitude,a Monte Carlo method is proposed to calculate the gear manufacturing error amplitude,which combines the gear manufacturing error amplitude with the gear manufacturing accuracy.It has the characteristics of convenient calculation process,intuitive calculation results and wide application.(2)According to gear manufacturing error influence of transmission error of gear mechanism is not clear,and the deformation is not easy to distinguish the problem in the process of transmission,consists of the transmission error and assume that local tooth of gear contact line of the unit length of stiffness is constant and independent of the line of contact local position,gear manufacturing error of gear transmission error is deduced and the influence of the stiffness of gear irrelevant conclusion.The conclusion that the manufacturing error of gear has no relation between the transmission error of gear and the rigidity of gear shows that the load does not affect the action characteristics between the manufacturing error of gear and the transmission error of gear.(3)Based on the lump mass method,the analysis model of helical gear meshing bending-torsion-shaft coupling vibration is established,and the determination methods of gear transmission error,meshing time-varying stiffness,meshing damping and backlash are studied.Through the analysis of a pair of meshing gear pairs,the dynamic excitation simulation graph of gear transmission is obtained.The simulation graph of gear transmission shows that the error excitation is an important factor affecting the high-speed transmission of gear.(4)For the problem of error excitation in gear transmission with manufacturing error,a method to determine the gear modification quantity is improved.The optimization of gear transmission is based on the transmission error,flash temperature and normal load force.The results show that the tooth profiles modification technology can significantly reduce the transmission error peak value,reduce the normal load force,and avoid gluing,so as to improve the transmission performance of the gear.
