Conventional asphalt mixture production process can not real-time monitor key hole of sieve passing rate,the proportion of thermal silo sieving and other key parameters,quality problems can't be solved in time,thereby forming a unqualified mixture paving the road,which causes the quality hidden trouble.The conventional asphalt pavement compaction process exists blindness,it can not real-time monitor and record speed,rolling pass,degree of compaction and rolling temperature,etc.It's easy to cause such problems as insufficient or excess compaction.After the end of compaction,degree of compaction is detected by the core-drilling method,the method suffers a lag in detection,it causes damage to the pavement and can not ensure the uniformity of degree of compaction,it may not reflect the overall quality of pavement compaction.Need to rework If the test result is unqualified,resulting in a lot of manpower,material waste.Therefore,the study of quality process monitoring information technology of asphalt pavement construction is very urgent.The key indices and key working procedure in process of asphalt pavement construction are monitored by this technology.With the help of the modern advanced computer,sensors and GPRS wireless communication technology,the monitoring data are collected,processed,analyzed,and transmitted in real time,the monitoring center will process collection data for various visual charts through the software,and the results are posted to the internet in real time.This article relies on Erenhot to Qinhuangdao highway Zhangjiakou section of the project,the working principle of quality process monitoring system of asphalt mixing and the applicability of the project are analyzed basing on the pavement structure of the project,the use of surface materials,construction machinery and so on the actual situation,the data of black box are analyzed basing on the theory of statistical process control,the stability of mixing plant equipment is evaluated basing on the process capability index(PCI)and the coefficient of variation,and a method of monitoring and guidance relying construction through the black box is put forward.According to intelligent compaction system is applied in asphalt pavement layers bit,CMV value variation with rolling pass is analyzed,and correlation between CMV and the conventional compaction quality indices(degree of compaction,Evd)are analyzed.Theresults showed that there is a certain correlation between CMV value and conventional compaction quality indices,it can be used for quality control of compaction process.CMV target value determination method is put forward,and CMV target value of layers bit are identified.Asphalt pavement compaction uniformity is analyzed basing on the CMV,and the recommend acceptance method of intelligent compaction and the rolling technology of intelligent compaction are put forward.
