| In recent years due to the rapid development of highway in our country and the carscontinues to increase, the early damage of asphalt pavement on highway occur frequently.theAnalysis indicate the main reason of the above problems is connected with improper materialselection and controlment of key process, therefore, the study on the selection of asphaltpavement material and the quality control is imminent.Ji Cao highway is an important part ofhei da highway(G202) in jilin province, which mainly undertake the transport of bothtravellers and goods that belong to the three provinces on Liaoning, jilin, heilongjiang, the JiCao highway project is key projects being planed in jilin province during "11th five", which iscommonly payed attention to by all sectors of the society, the merits of the project quality isthe core of the whole construction project.This study mainly aims at the common quality problems of the asphalt pavement in theconstruction process of our country highway, which based on Ji Cao highway projects, bystudying the selection of the raw material, both malaxtion and transportation of asphaltmixture,both pavement and rolling compaction of asphalt mixture, the contollabe methed ofsurface evenness and the degree of compaction of pavement, this article put forward the keypoint of quality control in the process of asphalt mixture construction.On the basis of a large number of research and test, this article puts forward the specificstandard of material selection in Jicao highway, which guide the optimization of pavementmaterial in Jicao highway;After laboratory test, I test adaptability proportion design of thetarget, adaptability proportion design of production and adaptability proportion of theproduction, at the same time I study the selection of material and theproblem being easilyarose during construction, by which this article provides the corresponding solutions.Finally, this article conducted in-depth study on basis of the segregation of asphaltmixture in construction,the compactness being short or excessive and the surface smoothnessbeing short, at the sme time put forward the methods and measures of improvement. |
