Study On Influence Factors Of Compaction Quality Of Asphalt Pavement

In the process of asphalt pavement construction,compaction is the last process,but it is also one of the important processes affecting the quality of asphalt pavement construction.If the pavement compaction is not enough,the pavement strength will be low,and the stability will be poor,then it is is prone to disease in later,such as water seepage and rutting.But if compacted excessively,it will make the asphalt pavement bleeding,instability and appear Other diseases,such as the breakage of coarse aggregate of the pavement surface,which will seriously affect the pavement anti slide performance.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influences of various factors on the quality of asphalt pavement during compression.In this paper,the influences of roller water sprinkling(steel wheel),rolling speed,rolling times on the compaction temperature and compaction of asphalt pavement were studied systemically by test and analysis method.It's found that in the same rolling speed,the higher the steel roller spray gear position,the faster the mixture cooling,and the faster the rolling speed,the more slowly the compaction of asphalt pavement increases.The effective compaction time of asphalt pavement under different external conditions was analysed by MultiCool software,it's found that the effective compaction time of the asphalt mixture is closely related to the temperature,wind speed,initial pressure rolling time.A series of tests studies show that,in asphalt pavement rolling process,the various types of isolation agent applied to the roller wheel will have different effects on the asphalt pavement performance,and the carbon black and glycerin mixture have the least influence in the tested nine kinds of isolation agent.The broken coarse aggregate particles of asphalt pavement surface in the rolling process has some adverse effects on the skid resistance of asphalt pavement.The research work of this paper has important practical significance to ensure the quality of asphalt pavement compactio n,to improve the quality of asphalt pavement construction,and to prolong the service life of asphalt pavement.
