Electric connectors,which are the basic elements for realizing electrical connection and signal transmission,are widely used in military and civilian systems for aviation,aerospace,national defense and so on.The reliability of electric connectors is closely related to the safe and reliable operation of the systems.Contact resistance is an important indicator of contact reliability,which is directly related to the contact force of the electric connectors.Vibration is one of the main environmental stresses that affect the contact force of electric connectors.Therefore,the research on the change law of electric connectors’ contact force under the vibration state is helpful to the research on the reliability of electric connectors.In this thesis,a type of circular electric connectors is used for the study on testing technology of contact force for electric connectors under the vibration state.The main work of this thesis is: Firstly,this thesis establishes the contact force theory model of electric connectors based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of electric connectors and determines the test method of the contact force for electric connectors by comparing various testing methods.Secondly,this thesis proposes a test scheme of contact force for electric connectors,which includes the settings of vibration excitation condition,the preparation and installation of the test samples,the test content and the test procedure.Thirdly,this thesis designs the test device of contact force for electric connectors and carries out the test.Fourthly,this thesis analyzes the influence of the frequency,amplitude and acceleration of the vibration on the contact force by the test data,and further determines the main influencing mechanism of vibration stress on the contact force of electric connectors by analyzing the change characteristics of the insertion and withdraw force of test samples,the slot width of socket contacts and the contact resistance of contacts.
