Study On Sustainable Strategy Of The Eco-village Settlement In Tianjin

The rapid development of urbanization and continuous expansion of the city make metropolitan areas of the rural urbanization speed,agricultural land to non-agricultural land use transformation,which further lead to a reduction of farmland,agricultural industrial space disorder,settlement patterns change and other social issues.The rapid construction of new countryside settlements bring messy layout,ecological destruction,building energy consumption increases and other constructive issues.The rise of western ecological village movement and the raise of global sustainable development strategy for rural construction settlements provide direction.This paper takes Tianjin eco-village as the research object,by studying the development process and influence factors of eco-village,summed up the development types of eco-village,and then using the experience of domestic typical ecological village residential construction,aiming at the existing problem of different types of ecological village settlements in Tianjin region put forward the systematic solution respectively,so as to provide reference for ecological village residential building in Tianjin.The full text is divided into six chapters,the main content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background,scope,purpose and significance of the study,relates literature at home and abroad,and aiming at the shortcomings of the research,puts forward the research methods and ideas in this paper.The second chapter is the ecological village development research and case analysis,through the study of ecological village development course,summarizes the development type of eco-village under different factors leading,then select Beijing suburbs typical ecological village to research of the residential construction,summing up the advantages of different types of ecological village residential system system.The third chapter is the whole study of Tianjin eco-village settlements.On the study basis of Tianjin eco-village development and construction situation,in-depth residential system,puts forward the space form,living mode of dwelling area in Tianjin eco-village,and sums up the present situation of ecological village residential characteristics.The fourth chapter is Tianjin typical eco-village settlements research status.By investigating the Tianjin typical eco-villages,and analyzing the settlement construction of Tianjin region agriculture,tourism and composite three eco-villages,summed up the Tianjin eco-village live universality problem areas in spatial layout,house design,energy use and waste disposal exist.The fifth chapter is the development strategy of Tianjin eco-village settlements,according to the concept and principles of sustainable development,for residential status quo of agriculture,tourism and compound eco-villages in Tianjin,using the experience of domestic excellent eco-village residential construction,aiming at the characteristics of different types of eco-village,this text pu ts forward respectively systemic design strategy.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes up the results of study and directions for future research in related fields prospected.
