| The traditional internal combustion engine as power has been nearly 100 years of time,but as the oil resource exhausting and environmental pollution increasing,people gradually begin to study some new energy to replace the internal combustion engine as the power of the motor vehicle,such as electric cars,hybrid cars,hydrogen energy,natural gas car,biological fuel cars,etc.This topic is the study of the aerodynamic engine,powered by high pressure air source,compressing the piston to reciprocate motion.Aerodynamic engine powered by air,energy conservation,environmental protection,pollution-free to the environment,which is one of the new energy research,can be used as the power source of the small power machinery to drive over short distances.In order to measure the power of air powered engine,need to establish a set of dynamometer system to measure small power.The first step of this topic research,in view of the power range of air powered engine,design and develope a set of power measuring system,namely chaging the mechanical work from the engine into electricity output,by measuring the electric power of the circuit indirectly get the measurement of engine power,the system was carried out on a small gasoline engine power measuring successly.Into the second step,the small gasoline engine was made into air powered engine,using the electromagnetic valve to control the air inlet and exhaust gas motives.The third step in view of air powered engine,s inlet and exhaust control,develop the electronic control unit and design the hardware circuit and software program. |
