This thesis is mainly aimed at the problems encountered in the early products of Huzhou Xuwei Energy-saving Doors and Windows Co.,Ltd.,such as poor energy saving and heat preservation effect,simple control mode,unrealizable remote control and high cost.In this thesis,it aims to design an energy-saving window control system that can realize automatic control and remote manual control,and meanwhile a control system of energy-saving doors and windows based on GSM remote mobile phone text message control.The main contributions are as follows1.The main controller of energy-saving window was developed by using ATmega8 chip.The main control circuit of energy-saving window,temperature and humidity acquisition circuit,illumination acquisition circuit,shutter motor drive circuit and shutter motor control circuit were designed for it.A fuzzy control method was proposed to adjust the opening of louvered fin.The control program of energy-saving windows was written to realize the automatic control function.2.The remote control circuit was designed by STC15W201 S single-chip microcomputer,and also the 433 MHZ radio frequency communication and control program were written to realize the manual remote control function of the energy-saving window roller blind.3.Using MiniSTM32 MCU development board,SIM900 A GSM communication module,writing SMS(Short Messaging Service)sending and receiving program and man-machine interface program.It combined with energy-saving window main controller to realize energy-saving window SMS control function,password setting function,mode setting and control setting function,etc.4.Finally,the performance test of energy-saving windows was carried out,and the energy-saving indicators and energy-saving performance were analyzed.And also a conclusion and expectation were made in the last part of this thesis.
