The national standard "road traffic accident speed identification"(GB / T 33195-2016),which will be implemented in July 2017,explicitly includes the method of calculating the vehicle speed based on the simulation reproduction software.Compared with the traditional calculation,the simulation and reproduction software is gradually accepted by the accident appraisal personnel with its high efficiency and high calculation precision.The simulation and reproduction software will become the mainstream method in the accident identification.In the actual use of simulation software,the information collected at the scene of the accident often can not meet the requirements of the accident simulation and reproduction.Therefore,a set of vehicle accident scene parametric reconstruction system that can not only carry out the programmed investigation of the accident scene information but also work with the simulation and reproduction software seamlessly is necessary.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Research on the programmed process of the accident scene information investigation and the vehicle accident scene information investigation.At the same time,based on the statistical analysis and the comparative analysis of the traditional positioning method,a vehicle-oriented improved comprehensive positioning method is put forward,then,use this method to parameterize the scene information of the accident.By converting the parameterize information to the calculation coordinate system used in Crashview(a accident simulation software),realize the standardization of information.In addition,this paper designs a system database based on E-R model through standardized process,realizes the record storage of accident site survey data and seamless connection with Crashview system database.At the same time,the key technology of automatic report generation and system login security related to the system development process is studied.Based on the above theory,in the Visual C++ platform developed a Crashview data preprocessing system by using MFC.The system not only can guide the accident scene investigators completed the accident scene information parameter reconstruction quickly but also can import the data into Crashview for further accidental analysis and calculations.The system reduces the work intensity of accident investigation and analysis staff greatly.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the practicability of the system.
