With the acceleration of urbanization,The contradiction between supply and demand ofroad traffic and the systematicness contradiction of road traffic safety are becoming moreextrusive, road traffic accidents total increases year by year. Traditional road traffic accidentanalysis and calculation methods have big limitation for traffic accident trajectory and speeddiscrimination, and the accuracy and precision of the appraisal result are not high, accidenttreatment of fairness and impartiality are questioned. Along with the development of themodern computer simulation technology, it becomes possible for the road traffic accidentsimulation technique to be applied in accident analysis processing field, it provides withscientific basis for the actual road traffic accidents analysis and identification.In this paper, the speed of calculation methods for the national standard "the speedtechnical evaluation for vehicle involved in represent road accidents", PC-CRASH andCrashview are classified research, the PC-CRASH and Crashview theory calculation models,calculation process of the accident and software practical are further discussed, operationprocess, vehicle loading, scene, draw the parameters input and output results of two softwaresare mainiy compared, collision speed calculation precision of vehicle collision analyticalcalculation model and accuracy for the reappearance of the simulation are validated with thehelp of the5real vehicle crash test data which could be accurately controled under theconditions,using simulation method and driving test method measure friction coefficient ofthe different pavement with different weather conditions, utilizing the control variable methodquantitative define the error caused by the deviations of the tire-road friction coefficient forCrashview calculation collision speed of precision, obtained the different tire-road frictioncoefficient recommended value whicn applied to the Crashview. In addition, achieve the twodimension process reconstruction and the three dimensional simulation reappear of6typicalaccident forms by Crashview.
