Recent years,China's infrastructure development is developing rapidly,especially in the road construction by leaps and bounds.However,due to the current quality control means of highway construction in China is not perfect,the quality of the construction process to control lax,so that there are more defects in the quality of the road,resulting in our domestic highway have exist many early damage problems(such as cracking,groping,bagging,pits,etc.).After a lot of practice shows that the root of these problems lies in the lack of "process control",it only relies on post-sampling detection in the road construction process,time-consuming and laborious,and in the event of quality defects,can not identify the problem in time and find a solution to the problem.Therefore,in the rapid development of Internet technology,the road construction management information is fully realized,the quality of pavement construction and the management level of road construction and management efficiency are improved.Combined with the Internet of Things technology,it is of great engineering significance to study on the quality monitoring information system of asphalt pavement mechanized construction based on Internet of Things.In this paper,the construction process of asphalt pavement and the traditional quality inspection methods are studied to find out the root of affecting construction quality of asphalt pavement.According to the requirements of mechanized construction quality of asphalt pavement,the monitoring content is determined and the monitoring system is put forward.Through the analysis of the data acquisition source of each construction process,two kinds of data acquisition methods are designed: including a data acquisition device with AT89C52 microcontroller as the core processing unit,real-time collection of asphalt mixing station production data,and then enter the GPRS IP MODEM for wireless network data transmission,and the other is the use of industrial-grade wireless router on the construction parameters of the collection,transmission,the video signal is compressed by the built-in DSP and ARM processor of the network camera.The design of the wireless data transmission module to complete the data from the construction site to the remote monitoring center of thetransmission,the construction parameters using 2G / GPRS / 3G / 4G network transmission,video signals using 3G / 4G network transmission.The interface data of the monitoring system is realized by using VC / VB and Kingview software,and realizing the function of receiving,displaying,saving and processing the data sent by the wireless data transmission module,so as to meet the real-time monitoring requirements of the mechanized construction quality of the asphalt pavement.This monitoring system can be achieved by the low efficiency of the post-detection to real-time monitoring of the breakthrough,from the traditional post-care to the previous process control,to achieve the main prevention and the effect of full control.
