With the gradual increase of urban power demand,the load of transformer is also higher and higher.The temperature rise caused by the heating of transformer under high load will degrade the internal components of transformer and increase the risk of transformer failure.Transformer failure directly leads to power outage in schools,hospitals and communities,indirectly leads to economic loss of people,and results in normal operation of residents and cities Great harm;in addition,the transformer in the use of illegal elements steal or damage.Therefore,the monitoring of transformer temperature and safety protection is a problem that needs attention at present.In this paper,a set of remote monitoring system is designed based on the classic three-layer architecture of the Internet of things for the pre installed box type dry-type transformer.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of communication means,this paper puts forward three overall scheme designs based on WiFi,ZigBee and GPRS,and chooses the design scheme based on GPRS communication technology.On this basis,the hardware of the monitoring system is designed,including: Arduino single-chip microcomputer responsible for data processing,ultrasonic sensor and image acquisition sensor responsible for transformer proximity information acquisition,and acquisition sensor The temperature and humidity sensor which gathers the environmental information of dry-type transformer and the infrared sensor which is responsible for collecting the surface temperature of transformer.(2)The requirements of the remote monitoring software for dry-type transformer are analyzed.In the monitoring system terminal software,the sensor data acquisition algorithm,the remote monitoring system communication protocol and the remote monitoring system network protocol are designed in turn.In the server-side data transfer center software,the server-side data transfer center communication network,the security authentication algorithm and the data analysis calculation are performed in turn The design of communication,display and exception record in client software.According to the idea of modularity,the application software of server and client is written in C development language in Visual Studio development environment.(3)The dry-type transformer is modeled,simulated and analyzed.The hardware platform of the system is built and the whole monitoring system is debugged,tested and analyzed.The test items include safety test,stability test,image acquisition test and infrared temperature acquisition test.The test results show that the system has high security and stability;it can shoot close to people,process images and store in the cloud;the maximum error of temperature acquisition data and temperature simulation data of the monitoring system is less than 4%,and the minimum error is 0.29%;the maximum error of temperature data collected with fluke infrared imaging equipment is 3.01%,and the minimum error is 0.03%.The test system meets the design requirements and can complete the remote monitoring task of dry-type transformer.
