The Research Of The Construction And Development Strategy Of The Quartet Linkage In Guangzhou Zengcheng Dengcun Village

Social economy in our country is now during a period of transformation from the pursuit of efficiency to the quality of the pursuit of development,the widening gap between urban and rural areas can not be ignored.Under the background of the new-type urbanization and the construction of socialism new countryside,the main body and implement path of rural planning have become more diversified,the traditional top-down village planning mode cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the village now,so we need to combine theory and practice,explore new planning and construction model which is suitable at the current stage,in order to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.This article based on the current situation of the development of the rural area and village planning mode of the existing theory and practice research at present stage,using the village of Dengcun in Guangzhou Zengcheng district as an example to carry on the analysis.Through the description of Dengcun village planning and construction process,how to coordinate the interests of the parties in each stage of planning and construction and the final effect evaluation,discussing the mode of rural planning which is suitable for the surrounding rural areas of big cities with rich natural resources-the quartet linkage.And on the basis of system theory,operations research and game theory,comparing the existing village planning mode with the quartet linkage in two aspects: model building and comprehensive benefit,theoretical analysis on the formation of a strategy to mechanism,and investigate the rationality of implementing the quartet linkage into village planning and construction.Finally through studing of typical and atypical of the Dengcun village,analyze the problem of promoting the implementation of four winds linkage mechanism and puts forward corresponding suggestions in aspects of policy,system.Finally clear the regional type where the quartet linkage can be used,and evaluate the effect can be formed of the implementation of the quartet linkage from the aspects such as resources?physical space etc.In this paper,combining theory with practice,and using multiple disciplines as the background,puts forward four linkage mode of village construction development,think that the model can provide the reference to improve the problem which existing in the current village planning: poor villages planning in practice,resources and capital in the construction of village cannot exactly matched,Development dynamics of rural area is insufficient,sustainability of village develepment is poor.By implement of the model can provides the reference which can fully promote the effective integration of resources and capital,with the planning and control and the government,the villagers and the coordination with the market,give full play and promote rural land resources value,benefit the countryside,really solve the problem of farmers,in order to provide reference to national development and policy reform.
