The Planning Theory And Methodology Of Scenic Resource Village

The construction of beautiful countryside has proposed the rural planning to a hot spot.And the continuous development of the national economy enhance the level of national income,rising the tourism aspirations,so that the National Scenic Area has been unable to carry more tourists.This result in the rural areas where have beautiful scenery,rich resources,vast waters,varied terrain increasingly popular.These types of scenic resource villages began to receive a large number of visitors.But with the development of tertiary industry in the rural,it faced with the long-term development of the bottleneck,and the scenic resource suffered varying degrees of damage.How to improve the village environments and protect scenic resources became problems faced by the scenic resource village.The article constructs a theoretical system and methodological framework of the planning for the scenic resource village by analyzing the concepts,dissecting the theories,exploring the methods and analyzing the content.It forms a completed structure system,which is “the research of related concepts——the research of the related theories and practices for reference——the theories and methods of the planning for the scenic resource village——the framework and content of the planning for the scenic resource village——the planning practices confirms”.The theories and methods of the planning for the scenic resource village will be elaborated from five different levels.First of all,the chapter I would expound the research backgrounds,related concepts and research trends of domestic and overseas of the planning for the scenic resource village;secondly,the chapter II would sort the cases of the related theories and practice strategy for scenic resource village planning,which can provide the theoretical and practical supports for the thesis.Thirdly,the chapter III would state the specific planning theories and methods in three areas of ecology,life and production for scenic resource village.The fourth chapter proposed the system framework of the scenic resource village planning,and then basing the framework to state the planning contacts of scenic resource village`s ecology,life,production.In the end,the fifth chapter would set a typical village to proving the possibility of practical application of planning theories and methods.To write this article hope discuss the possibility of scenic resource village planning by researching the theories and methods,in order to supple the shortages of the theories and methods for the scenic resource village planning in the new era of beautiful rural planning.
