Small Reservoir Safety Management Research Of A’ City

A Hydrology is the foundation of national economic and social development,public welfare.The reservoir in agricultural irrigation,flood control and storage,which plays an important role in aquaculture,food safety related to the safe operation of the reservoir safety,people’s lives and property,the sustainable development of economy and society in China.The reservoir quantity,distribution range wide,but there are general characteristics of engineering quality is low,and the daily management is not in place,reservoir flood control,water storage,flood and other hardware facilities by the river erosion,the reservoir gradually lost its original effect,and even endanger the safety of surrounding residents,so it is urgent to strengthen the construction of the reservoir safety and safety management.In this paper,A small reservoir as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method,the small reservoir safety management situation of A is analyzed,found some problems: Hardware aging,team norms,lack of safety emergency management,safety supervision vacancy,archives management vacancy;inquiry the causes of the problems: the construction of the reservoir age,living and working environment,team,daily work safety emergency preparedness,work safety supervision led to repeated slack,ignore the importance of archives work;and then puts forward some effective measures to solve the problem: to speed up the update of hardware facilities modernization,improve and cultivate high-quality management team,strengthen the emergency work,strengthen safety supervision work,to strengthen the archives management work.The final purpose is to establish and improve the reservoir safety management system provides a useful reference for the city of A.
