Turbocharger is an important breakthrough point to improve engine power density and fuel efficiency.In the turbocharger,the bearing supports the turbine rotor system,which has an important influence on the efficiency,life and response speed of the turbocharger.With the advantages of small resistance,high efficiency,fast response speed and high precision,the rolling bearing is gradually replacing the sliding bearing which is widely used in the turbocharger.The working condition of the rolling bearing is high speed,high temperature and long life.It is of great theoretical significance and application prospect to carry out the research on this kind of rolling bearing.In this paper,the design and experimental study of a certain type of vehicle turbocharger is made.Firstly,according to the structure and working environment of the vehicle turbocharger,the structure of the bearing is designed.According to the working condition of the bearing and the matching of the material,the bearing ring and the rolling body material are selected.The structure of the cage is designed,and the guiding mode is selected according to the working condition.Then,the system dynamics model is established.By solving the research on the model of the unilateral bearing preload and outer ring raceway curvature radius of bearing the maximum contact stress,life and power loss,the optimization of the corresponding parameters according to the influence of.Based on the finite element method and the classical Hertz theory,the maximum contact stress and stiffness of the bearing under thermal expansion are analyzed.At last,the performance of the super high speed bearing test machine is tested and verified.Completed the design of vehicle turbocharger of rolling bearing,the bearing to the high speed high temperature bearing;the optimum value of bearing preload and unilateral axial groove curvature radius is obtained according to the results of solving the dynamic model;analysis of the impact of high temperature environment on the bearing performance of the high temperature environment makes the maximum contact force,maximum contact both force and axial stiffness should be increased;the experiment was conducted in the bearing testing machine.The test results show that the bearing design is reasonable,stable performance.Through the design and analysis of the rolling bearing of the turbocharger for the vehicle,the design and analysis method of this type of rolling bearing are mastered.
