The rapid development of Long-span bridges and high-speed railways promotes the research and development of bridge bearings. The bearings are important building blocks of roads and bridges. The test of bearings is particularly significant in products’R&D process.120MN bridge bearing testing machine is an equipment designed mainly to research, develop and test the performance of bearings. It’s applicable for the test of various large-tonnage-bearings. As the main part of testing machine, the frame is not only the basal component which can withstand various forces during the test,but also the carrier of several components and hydraulic loading system. To a great extent, the frame’s dynamic characteristics have a direct impact on the performance of entire machine. As another important component structure, the working quality and reliability of hydraulic loading system plays a vital role on the good running of the testing machine. Therefore, it is necessary to study the working process of the hydraulic loading system. With120MN bridge bearing testing machine as the study object, this paper conducts related research on the frame and hydraulic loading system. Including the following contents:(1). The machine’s working process for bearing testing test is introduced. With the common sphericity bearing as a test-suite, the machine’s working principle and hydraulic-circuit’s working condition is introduced.(2). The dynamic analysis of machine frame is carried out. The frame’s3D model is established using software Proe and imported to the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench12. Then,modal analysis and dynamic response analysis is performed to verify whether the frame has a good dynamic performance.(3). The working process of machine’s horizontal oscillation hydraulic loading system is simulated by software AMESim to prove the rationality of design. The system’s hydraulic impact under this test condition is studied in detail. And we can get the factors which affects the hydraulic impact. The simulation results show that appropriate measures can effectively reduce the impact and improve the performance of hydraulic systems.(4). Choosing a certain type double spherical aseismic bearing as the test-suite, an analysis is made to explain that vertical displacement changing whit slippage will emerge as a result of the lateral slip. The AMESim simulation shows that this vertical displacement has a huge impact on the hydraulic lifting system. Searching ways to solve the coupling problem between bearing deformation and hydraulic loading system and simulting to reveal the improvement effect. On the one hand,the research contents and results of this thesis solved certain problems for120MN bridge bearing testing machine which is being researched. On the other hand, it can provides some reference for the study of other types of testing machine.
