Rolling bearing and sliding bearing, high temperature, high speed and heavy load in special conditions such as high reliability, low vibration, high axial load capacity, and the rolling bearing to start fast, high efficiency, has the advantage in improving power, so the automotive turbocharger uses the rolling bearing is the mainstream of future development, has an important theoretical significance and application prospect.This paper based on 46/14 C Q1/HN HQ1 auto turbocharger P4 models of the rolling bearing as the research object, research was carried out on the research of automotive turbocharger bearing design technology and experiment.First of all, the domestic automotive turbocharger bearing research and the application present situation, the influence of vehicle turbocharger bearing performance of bearing materials, structure, keep the bearing frame guide mode, the lubrication methods are compared and analyzed, the bearing structure and reasonable design parameters are determined. And using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to establish the virtual prototype model of high speed rolling bearing of turbocharger, dynamics simulation and dynamic characteristics test, by changing the structure parameters, such as bearing system condition analysis of motion and force of the components of the simulation test, various design schemes of different. Through the analysis of the simulation results of the bearing parameters are optimized to obtain the optimal design scheme, increases the reliability of bearings.Design of automobile turbocharger bearing testing machine of automobile turbocharger bearing a variety of performance test, the test indicates that the bearing speed, temperature and vibration monitoring data all meet the requirements, further proof of the 46/14 C Q1/HN HQ1 P4 type automobile turbocharger rolling bearing design is reasonable, can meet the requirements.The results of this paper provided technical support for the design of automobile the rolling bearing of the supercharger. |
