Urban Non-standard Accommodation Space Optimization Design Research

Non-standard accommodation has become a hot word in the tourism industry in recentyears,and with the development Internet and sharing economy,its scale has been expanded to the nationwide large and medium-sized cities.Different from the standard hotel accommodation,it is a new accommodation different from traditional hotel and traditional offline leasing.It can provide not only the basic accommodation for tourists and business people,and but also more comfortable and flexible humane experience.For example,the currently popular bed and breakfast inns,family hotel,hotel style apartments,mobile cars are non-standard accommodation.In addition,most places of non-standard accommodation are the specific construction mode re-constructed by the idle buildings,the emerging period is short,the building conditions are changing and the related theories and practices are still in the exploratory stage,its development is immature,among which have many drawbacks.For example,most accommodation doesn't consider the humane spatial scale,the basic function the facilities are not complete,regional characteristics are less,and the homogenization is serious.These problems badly hinder the development of non-standard accommodation industry,so the systematic design of nonstandard accommodation spaces has become an urgent design and research subject to be solved.This paper analyzes existing problems of non-standard accommodation spaces from the multidimensional perspectives Internet economy,sociology,architecture and planning,is dedicated to exploring the construction mode of non-standard accommodation to meet the needs of current consumer groups in the rational economic mode through the tailored design,studies the formation characteristics closely related to non-standard accommodation,the structure condition of the existing buildings and transformation of the design specifications,and deeply discusses the strategies and methods to update the functions and forms of the accommodation.It improve the spatial design practice to the level of theory,tries to summarize the standard frame for the optimization design of nonstandard accommodation spaces.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,and expounds the background of the non-standard accommodation,determines the research content and direction of the article,and points out the significance of the development of non-standard accommodation,and then sums up the research experiences at home and abroad and proposes the research frame of this paper.The second chapter analyses the new accommodation space from the specific aspect,studies its spatial formation condition,affecting factors,and then raises the design principle of non-standard accommodation spaces and lay the research foundation for the following researches on functions and forms.The third chapter and the fourth chapter carefully introduce the design strategies of nonstandard accommodation from functions and forms,and discusses the functional design of the accommodation from room space,public activity space and traffic space.In the form design,it combines the related architecture theories and design methods,and respectively puts forward from the corresponding form creation strategies from the three dimensions including cities,buildings and internal environment.The fifth chapter fully combs the existing four common reconstruction prototypes in the market,analyzes the corresponding space optimization methods and integration steps,establishes the structure system of non-standard accommodation space,as well as the market operation experience.The last chapter is the conclusion part,sums up the research results of the non-standard accommodation space and anticipate the future development trend.
