Integration Of Rail Transit And Commercial Building Research On Indoor Space Model

The contradiction between the pursuit of a higher degree of urbanization process and the urban disease is deepening,especially in some of China's mega-cities.People continue to pour in these cities while facing the unfriendly resistance from these cities.Commercial buildings is the centralized space which can accommodate a large number of people,and rail transportation construction is the travel space for large stream of people.The position of the two in the city is increasingly important.The integration of the two is also gradually formed.Now in China's rail transit development period,the total amount of development has gone beyond the major developed countries,but the development quality is far from enough.It can be said that there is no precedent in the development strength and design pattern of China's rail transit and property construction in the world's existing urban development process.This requires to summarize the combination model and design rules of rail transit and commercial building while absorbing the existing experience of excellent project development,design and operation at home and abroad.The combination of the commercial buildings with the function of "urban living rooms" with the rail transit site under appropriate regional conditions can assume more role of urban public space.Under the direction of rail transit and commercial building integration,this paper sorted out the relevant important integration projects in representative cities at the forefront of rail transit construction,summarized the spatial model by the analysis of the representative cases,explored the complementarity and feedback relationship between publicity and urbanism from the perspective of the system ideas and types,and briefly analyzed the current traffic and business problems.The integration of urban rail transit and commercial building will be one of the key driving forces for the development of the core urban areas in the next stage and will be one of the most important tides in China's infrastructure construction.The better understanding and grasp of the construction mode of urban indoor space in this direction is of great significance to the construction of "open" public space and the creation of a more livable urban environment.
