Research On Fashion Design Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the development of our city,more and more enterprises are faced with the transformation and rebirth.In the process of reform,many old factories which located in the city center area(city edge once)face reshuffle relocation.The government's macro-control will lead enterprises move to New Technology Industrial Park or economic technology development zone.The original old factory were idle,however,these old industrial buildings which have contributed so much to the city are faced with serious problems.At present,the research on this field in our country is relatively late compared with that in other countries.In the process of the transformation of old buildings,the cultural value of old industrial buildings are always ignored.Some of the transformation of the project doesn't emphasis on the value of the design enough,resulting in the transformation only does better on the use of value.This paper mainly studies the fashion design of the transformation about the old industrial buildings.Its significance in the study is about how to change and renew the 1 industrial buildings both on external and internal cultural connotation through the transformation method and fashion culture.This paper mainly focuses on the study of old industrial buildings' form and characteristics.It links the old industrial building space with modern fashion culture,establishing the links between the old space and contemporary young people as with economic development.It's also about promoting the development on economic and culture,resulting in the old industrial buildings to be reborn in the form of spirit and culture,with the continuation of long-term development.I have the honor to design Dalian city original shell carving factory,through this project,I want to combine the old industrial architecture with the contemporary local fashion culture.The paper discusses the design method of the transformation of the old industrial buildings as well as the form and practice.
