Research On System Of Urban Disaster-prevention At The View Anlge Of Urban Planning

In recent years,with the development of urbanization,lots of questions seriously influence the sustainable development of urban,such as complicated function of city,population expansion,ecological unbalance,loss infrastructure construction,increased environmental damage and so on.It has become the important symbol to enhance the ability of urban disaster-prevention.As the important part of urban planning,on one hand,urban space could provide necessary space for the urban disaster-prevention,on the other hand,it could also protect the city and improve the eco-environment.And it could increase the use-rate of urban space and reasonable development,which is very important to the sustainable development of the city.This paper analyzed the disaster-prevention function of urban space system and necessary at the view angle of urban planning.And it follows that:Firstly,according to the types of urban space and demands,this paper analyzed the elements of urban planning and urban space.And it sort out the types of urban space based on urban security considerations,such as city streets,squares,parks,green spaces,public facilities,underground space,etc.Secondly,combined with the types of urban disasters,the problems in urban space disaster prevention are analyzed,and the feasible urban space disaster prevention measures are analyzed in combination with urban planning.Thirdly,the basic ideas of urban disaster prevention space system planning are sorted out from the aspects of behavior pattern,urban planning,environmental protection and economic benefit,In view of urban green space,urban traffic,urban community,urban underground space and other urban defense Disaster elements.Finally,based on the city of Xiaogan City,this paper analyzes the main spatial prevention and planning of the city from the aspects of urban green space,urban traffic,urban fire control,urban medical treatment and public emergency field,based on the urban current situation and the disaster type.This paper provided references for the city safety and sustainable development combined with analysis of urban disaster-prevention space.
