Study For The Design Of Office Buildings

With the development of society,accelerate the pace of construction of the city,the country's total energy consumption accounted for nearly 1/3 of building energy consumption,energy saving and building for development and utilization of green ecological technology has gradually become in recent years the construction of expert research and practice focus of attention.Public building is an important component of the city,and it is the main part of energy consumption in the city building.In the public building,a large part of it is the office building.Although the energy consumption of office buildings and building units is much lower than that of large public buildings,office buildings are widely distributed,huge in quantity,and huge in total energy waste.This paper first explores the development process of office buildings,the development process of integrated office buildings,analyzes the characteristics of space combination of office buildings and the advantages and disadvantages of each space combination characteristics.The characteristics of space combination of office buildings determine the energy consumption characteristics of office buildings.In view of the energy consumption characteristics of office buildings,the basic principles of energy-saving design of office buildings are put forward.Subsequently,the energy-saving technologies used in the current office building energy conservation are studied from the theoretical level.The energy-saving measures such as office buildings,domestic and foreign enclosure structures,HVAC,building lighting,water distribution,etc.are summarized.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the energy-saving design of office buildings,combining with the design example of the office building of Linyi Planning Bureau,the main contents are as follows:(1)based on the site environment,choose the right direction of the building;(2)control the shape coefficient of building,reduce the concave and convex change of plane form;(3)according to the actual situation of the construction scale,choose the right combination of space forms,and strive to compact,convenient connection;(4)take thermal insulation measures for the outer structure of the building,and take proper account of the building sunshade;(5)select suitable air conditioning equipment,electrical lighting and water supply and drainage facilities,and explore and utilize new energy;The main energy saving technical measures of office building energy saving design are summarized through an example.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference and guidance for the design of public office building in the future.
