As the rapid development of urbanization, the quickly improvement of infrastructure, more and more energy consumption is produced in public architectures. The solution of the energy consumption in office buildings will not only make good use of resource and improve ecological environment, but also have a long effect on electric construction in our country. Office buildings are common architectural type, thus its energy waste is outstanding. At first, this thesis makes an analysis on the energy consumption feature and method of energy conservation on office buildings. It also introduces an energy consumption simulation software DeST and its main features and application area. To study the office buildings'energy consumption in Shijiazhuang, a typical northern cold area, the author uses DeST to analyze the feature of this building and load characteristics in different periods. At the same time, orthogonal test is also used to compare the causes of office buildings bearing.Using DeST-c to analyze building envelope structure and air-conditioning system's influence on buildings energy consumption, and study its energy conservation potential. Simulating energy consumption in a whole year in different temperature, the outcome reflects that by reducing comfort level can conserve energy effectively. This paper compares conventional system with thermo-hygrometer independent control system, fixed blowing rate with varying blowing rate, a pyrexia recycle device with total heat recycle device on energy consumption. It also designs ICE-CEL for this building, and analyzes the whole day loading distribution. In the end, utilized the method of FAHP to set up the comprehensive appraisal of archtecture erengy conservation and used this system to analyze this office building in Shi jiazhuang.
