Climate is the essence of building environment,as well as the source of comfort and energy-saving.Since the existence of climate,human beings created buildings to take shelter,which stand against unfavorable climate.However,with the advancement of modern technology,less focus is put on the essence of architecture in the modern building.Meanwhile,building adaptation for the climate is ignored.As a result,in order to improve the comfort of the building,air conditioner and other mechanical methods are used to achieve constant temperature and humidity in the micro-environment.To some extent,this approach relies on the consumption of non-renewable energy which leads to severe energy and resources waste.Starting with the essence of built environment,that is,climate,in the process of the passive design of micro-environment adaptive construction aimed at comfort,using the power of nature and the potential of climate resources to the greatest extent to create a comfortable living environment can not only saves energy and reduce pollution,but also create a comfortable living environment,which makes a significant difference to the environment protection,the use of resources and the harmony of the human beings and the nature.In the annual housing construction,residential building takes a large account of the total number,and one of the prominent problems is heating energy consumption of buildings in the cold regions.Thus,the discussion of comfort and energy-saving of buildings in the cold region from the perspective of micro-environment has become a hot topic in the research of modern building construction.Taking buildings in the cold regions as the target,this research explores the problem of comfort and energy-saving of residential buildings in the cold regions from the perspective of micro-environment.This research explains and discusses the problem from the following aspects:1)Analyzing the relationship between comfort and energy-saving of residential buildings in the cold regions based on bioclimatic architecture design and green building design.2)Through questionnaire,field visits,research and analysis,get the subjective evaluation situation and demand of microclimate environment in residential buildings in the cold regions from it.3)Starting with the layout planning of residential area and the design of a residential building,and based on the original architecture design,and analysis of the micro-climate environment factors in multiple phases of architectural design,using the simulation analysis of green building software such as Ecotect Phonics and Airpak,and field measurement methods,combined with the residential buildings case in thecold regions,this study tries to provide suitable micro-environment adaptive design strategy for the residential buildings in the cold regions from the perspective of micro-environment.4)Starting with the planning of the layout of residential areas and the design of a residential building,this study uses real projects to explore the practical application and the optimization of micro-climate adaptive residential building.And provides references and practical guidance for buildings in the cold regions,which promotes the development of energy-saving and comfort of residential buildings in the cold regions.
