Research Of The Network Planning In Ying De’s Urban Disteicts

Electric power is the foundation of urban economic development,and it is one of the important conditions to ensure the steady development of the society.With the development of social economy,scientific and reasonable electric power planning has become an important part of modern urban planning and construction,which can effectively coordinate the development of urban planning,accelerate the process of urban economic development.Yingde City is located in the British city streets,city within the existing 220 kV transformer substation,110 kV substation 3,10 kV line total 54,including public 10 kV line 34.Due to the urban population growth and urban rapid development has caused by electric supply and demand imbalance,urban power grid is facing adjustment,urban power supply capacity is in urgent need of expansion,the substation power supply division is not reasonable,need to adjust the layout of urban power grid,focused on solving the electrical network construction in transformer substation and power channel "dilemma" problem,in order to achieve the sustainable development of urban society and economy.This paper is in Yingde City as the research object.Analysis current situation of urban electric power planning,pointed out the problems like high and low voltage power network architecture,obtained the power facilities lagging behind is the main factor that restricts the development of urban economy.First of Yingde City do a good job in science of power load prediction,calculate the future power demand,rational planning grid structure,increase the supply capacity;reasonable layout of substation and switching station location,carding and optimizing high voltage distribution network,reserved for EHV substation and high voltage corridor,development and construction of the grid space set aside.Secondly,to obtain the power load data,guidelines recently power grid construction and transformation;and in the future urban planning and the future demand for electricity based predicted long-term power load demand,in the near future to achieve the power grid planning and long-term target network organic combination,to avoid duplication of power grid construction,save investment.Finally,to improve the implementation of the power grid construction operation,save power grid construction cost and the maintenance cost,improve power reliability and safety factor,to promote the urban construction and planning to improve the effective protection,promote realization of Yingde City Economic and social development strategy.
