Study Of High Voltage Grid Planning In Hangzhou East New Town

Depend on the city development objectives of Hangzhou City Master Plan (2001-2020), the east pivot area in Hangzhou City is in the forefront of the city development planning and it is located in the center of the future Hangzhou City. The development planning of the east pivot area, especially the power grid planning has significant meanings for the future planning of Hangzhou City.This paper gives an overview the Urban Power grid planning and describes the domestic and foreign research situation of urban power grid planning. An overview of the characteristics and planning contents of the urban power grid planning is provided. Through the analysis of the Block condition and grid status in the east pivot area, the problems of the regional power grid is proposed and the direction, principles and objectives of the planning study is clearly set. This paper uses the method of Load Index of Built-up Area to finish the power load forecasting, then uses the method of Power Load Density and the method of Per Capita Power Consumption Index to check the power load forecasting results. Based on the results of power load forecasting and power balance, this paper made rational plans for the220kV and110kV power grid including grid structure planning, land use planning, substation technology planning, cable path planning, investment estimates and so on. Finally, a summary of the paper is made and next phase work prospects is proposed.
